Yes! Well obviously you are capable of drinking with hydrocodone and I know people who swear by it. The synergistic effect may apply where alcohol multiplies the effect or vice versa. But remember that most preparations of hydrocodone contain acetaminophen which is toxic to the liver. Too much of either will damage your liver so both together cannot be good.
