I wouldn't recommend it it just because they're both deleriants, which slow down the heart rate, and can cause anything from nausia to DMT like hallucinations (at big enough doses). one or the other by itself is easy to overdose on, so mixing them would make an overdose most likely probable. also keep in mind these drugs arent like coke where you sniff a line and feel it right away, diphenhydramine may take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half before you feel anything other than sleepy, and the high lasts a couple hours, but nutmeg wont have any effect for AT LEAST 2 hours, more likely to be 4-6 hours though, before you start trippin, and the high lasts anywhere from 12 to 40 hours (no thats not a typo). a lot of people have bad reactions when taking nutmeg, and get sick, so your high for 2 days of feeling the effects of nutmeg but if you don't have experience with deleriants, its pretty much like flipping a coin weather you're going to have 2 days of a euphoric trip, or 2 days of hell puking your guts out.
do NOT mix any of this
we'll see if I make it through the night
Make a mix of baking soda and sprinkle some nutmeg in it, then stir it together. Wet your toothbrush and dip it in your dry mix. Your breathe will be minty fresh and your teeth clean!
One creative way to incorporate nutmeg into coffee is by adding a pinch of ground nutmeg to the coffee grounds before brewing. Another option is to sprinkle a little nutmeg on top of the coffee as a garnish. You can also mix nutmeg with other spices like cinnamon and cloves for a unique flavor profile.
you cannot mix diphenhydramine or acetaminophen with topiramate or topamax. I am unclear why, just that my doctor told me not to do so.
I'm no doctor, but I have been prescribed these together and had didn't have any adverse reactions.

Yes, nutmeg can be mixed with weed, but it's important to use it sparingly. Nutmeg contains compounds that can produce psychoactive effects in large amounts, which may lead to unpleasant side effects. Always exercise caution when combining substances, and be aware of your own tolerance and reactions.
Diphenhydramine
There is not much of a difference between the two of these. They are diphenhydramine in different salt forms but will have the same effect. Diphenhydramine citrate will be slightly more readily absorbed in the body than HCl.
Nutmeg is the seed of the nutmeg tree.
It is generally not recommended to mix Unisom (which contains diphenhydramine) and clonazepam due to the increased sedative effects and risk of respiratory depression. Always talk to your healthcare provider before combining medications.
