Well firstly Anabolic steroids are not legal for personally use in most countries except Thailand and other similar countries. Therefore one may argue that none or all anabolic steroids are legal. If you overdose then of course you can, however if you follow the correct cycles then no although there are other side effects which could ultimately shorten life depending on the steroid, as orals for example are hard on the liver and prolonged use may cause liver failure after several years.

Of course theres indirect ways such as forgetting to steralize injectable needles/reusing or using someone elses used needle leading to infection.
