Crazy. That's what it's called. Opiates (such as codeine and morphine) can be harmful, even when used to treat severe pain by medical practitioners. Marijuana and codeine taken together leads to an intense kind of sedation stronger than when each drug is used on its own.

Opiates are highly addictive and have unpleasant side effects such as constipation. Chronic constipation! Very high doses can stop your breathing reflex so you suffocate and die.

It's just not a good idea to use drugs this way. The risk of becoming habituated is too high. As a result you put study, career, family, relationships at risk so in the end you have no life, you just live to get high.

It's not all about you and your precious drugs. If you can resist recreational drug use you might actually have a life.
