I also had to cut my Suboxone dose in half (I was taking 8-mgs per day and cut it down to 4). Whatever you do, don't stop taking the Suboxone completely, because if you completely stop taking it you will have to wait until you're in extreme withdrawal from the Vicodin before you start taking Suboxone again. If you stop taking the Suboxone, and then start taking it again before you're in heavy withdrawal from the Vicodin, you will experience the worst, most horrible withdrawal symptoms you can imagine. You will get really, really sick.
