I would not be taking it If the box of claritin-d says you should not take it if you have liver problems or that if your taking it with other medication to consult with your doctor first. I'm not an expert on this and I don't wan't to scare you with allergy medication cause not everyone is the same. If your between 18-55(?) years of age and in good health than I don't see why not as long as you use cycle assist. Warnings are put on drug packages so drug companies cannot be sued. It's really your discretion and responsibility when you read the label.

I only said that I wouldn't take it cause I have a few drinks every once in a while (10-20 cups/40 oz) a week. Like I said everyone of us different.
