Over the counter medicines still have side effects, and some can be quite severe if you mix them or take too many. Sudafed makes you very nervous and jittery. You are already having muscle cramps and pain. Save the Sudafed until you feel better. Try a saline nasal spray if you are having runny nose - that would be safe with your other drugs.
