I wouldn't, the active ingredients in Thermobol will interfere with your antibiotic, however if you space the use out between the 2 by a minimum of 2 hours you may be able to get away with it. This is difficult as the recommended use for thermobol is 3 times a day, which you need to split evenly if possible and because of this it had an effect on my antibiotic so I wouldn't recommend that you take thermobol.
