Some medicines haven't any medical interference with other medications and some may have so it is always to recommend consulting a doctor to know this.
can you take paracetamol with memantina
The active ingredient in paracetamol becomes toxic as it ages, I would suggest not taking the risk.
No
sure. you just can´t take antibiotics. or if you do, use a condom
It is not advisable - only paracetamol, But it does depend on why you require it? When I had to research into pain relief after a rugby injury followed by a car accident (accident prone obviously!) the research that had gone into women taking it whilst pregnant was very limited due to the lack of women willing to be tested whilst pregnant, but that said I did find some that said it would be safe, although there is no proof. (and many that said it would not be) I decided to opt for paracetamol and teeth gritting. So as not to take the risk.

Yes there is no problem in taking paracetamol with this medication, as long as there's no paracetamol/acetaminophen associated with your tramadol.

There should be no problems when taking Paracetamol and an antihistamine together; however, if you are taking medications that might contain an antihistamine and Paracetamol, you would not want to take more Paracetamol without consulting your doctor or health care practitioner. Paracetamol can have serious side effects and taking too much can have serious consequences. For more information visit the Related Link.
The Australian Poisons Information Line informed me that Paracetamol is okay to take with Amoxycillin-based antibiotics. (It is also okay to take Paracetemol with Codeine, such as in Panadeine, with the common Co-amoxiclav which contains Amoxycillin with Glauvanic Acid) There may be some side effects such as upset stomach, nausea and vomiting. Keep your fluids up. On the NHS website (National Health Service) in the UK it states this: Sometimes, an infection may cause you pain and discomfort. Although antibiotics will help to clear your infection, they will rarely provide you with any pain relief. You may therefore want to take some kind of painkilling medication (analgesic) to help relieve your symptoms. Paracetamol is one of the safest painkillers, and rarely causes side effects. It is safe to use paracetamol at the same time as taking antibiotics. Taking the two medicines at the same time should not cause any problems. However, you must make sure that you carefully follow the dosage instructions provided by the manufacturer for both your antibiotics and the paracetamol. If you're still in significant pain after taking paracetamol, contact your GP. The only antibiotic which is an exception to this rule is isoniazid. This antibiotic is used to treat tuberculosis (an infection which primarily affects the lungs). A small number of reports suggest that taking this antibiotic with paracetamol may increase the risk of liver damage. You should always consult your GP before taking paracetamol with this antibiotic. Children should never be given paracetamol whilst being treated with isoniazid. Children who are under 16 years of age should not take aspirin.
Clopidogrel is often taken after meals to help reduce the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, such as stomach irritation or ulcers, which can occur when taking medications on an empty stomach. Additionally, taking it with food can enhance absorption and effectiveness, ensuring that the medication works optimally in preventing blood clots. This timing can also help patients remember to take their medication consistently as part of their meal routine.
