Both are serotonergic agents and can have serious interactive effects. In a few words, I wouldn't unless an M.D. determines the risk is worthwhile -- and you'll have to be closely monitered. I work with neuro-pharmacology.

Better alternatives, more effective (less expensive) to ask your Doc, than get your mind screwed-up.
