Sure you can, i must warn you that codeine is highly addictive. But combining the two shouldn't be a problem. I did it for years. Taken orally that is, codeine should not be injected as it caused resparitory depression and can send you into a coma. Just play it safe.

Yes, there is no problem in taking codeine while taking antibiotics. There is no interaction between those 2 drugs (regular antibiotics, e.g. penicillins, cephalos, etc..) However, codeine might block cough and shouldn't be used with purulent or very "expectoring" pneumonia (or any lung infection)

Any time you take two mood-altering substances together, there is a chance of interaction. In this case, the most common effect is reduction of the analgesic effect of the codeine. You should not mix drugs without consulting your physician or a pharmacist.

It is not advised because they interact. Floxetine inhibits the breakdown of codeine to morphine. The pain relieving effects of the codeine tablet are therefore not felt.
