Both medication are absorbed into the cardiovascular system ,Both are strong and toxic.

Taking a 25mg antihistamine to counter act with allergic reaction due to "sulfa_"TMP is safe under one condition, What is the direction of your medication.

Taking benadryl more then 2 to 3 times a day in a 24 hour period Is Toxic to the liver ,Which act like the central station to metabolize and synthesizes chemicals.
