There are no drug interactions between Tylenol and Benadryl (in fact Tylenol PM is the same thing) but you should always use care administering any OTC medication to young children.

Benadryl and Tylenol are different classes of drugs so if given in proper amounts for the child's age the simple answer is yes. However, some children's tylenol contains benadrl so you would be increasing the amount if given with Benadryl by itself.
