I used rescue ice and it worked for me. I was going for a job and figured I might have to test so I quit smoking for a few days, drank tons of water, then took a 32oz ice a couple hours before my test and passed.

Depends on what you're trying to get off of. I know Suboxone works, in fact it's a miracle drug. I was addicted to heroin for years and Suboxone helped me get off it. But you also have to WANT to quit. Methadone works too, but the withdrawal from that is just as bad as heroin. Anything else besides heroin detox I don't know too much about, I know they have some kind of medication for alcohol detox. Cocaine isn't physically addicting so taking some kind of anxiety medication will help with the mental detox. Same for marijuana or any other nonphysically addicting drug.
