No, a standard 5 panel DOT tst will show a Negative for Oxycodone. It may detect some presence of OXY, but the levels will be far too low to register a POS result. Oxycodone is a semi-sythetic opoid and it's metabolites is not tested for in the 5 panel (pre-employment etc...) tests. A seperate test would need to be done to detetc it and u will know if that test is on the Drugtest as it will say " +OXY" .

Yes, there is a difference between DOT and Non-DOT drug tests. DOT drug tests are regulated by the Department of Transportation and typically include a specific panel of substances, including marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, and phencyclidine (PCP). Non-DOT drug tests, on the other hand, can vary in the substances tested and are not subject to the same regulations, allowing employers more flexibility in their testing protocols. Additionally, DOT tests have stricter procedures and chain-of-custody requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
