These three drugs also have vastly different half lives in vivo, and thus clonazepam and diazepam can be tested for long after alprazolam would have completely disappeared from the body, let alone fallen below testable levels.
The bottom line is this: if you're given a benzodiazepine legitimately, it is possible to test to see if you've strayed from your prescribed treatment course.
