Your body chemistry is always changing and trying to establish an equilibrium. Often antidepressants work for awhile and then will stop being effective. Sometimes a change in dose will help. Other times, after consulting your doctor of course, if you wean off the medication for a time and then restart, it will be effective again. A person may require another medication entirely once one stops working. It is very common for a person to stop having success with a particular medication after being on it for awhile.
I know someone who said they would pay 3$-5$ for lexapro 10mg

Yes, it is safe to use the nicotine patch and Lexapro at the same time. There are no drug-drug interactions between the two medications and there are no disease states that call for the use of nicotine patch or Lexapro that would interfere in either of the medications efficacy.
Oh, yeah, I am having it. I am even throwing things and having what I describe as an 'adult temper tantrum'. This is almost like the week before I start. I wish it would hurry up and go away - I am into week 4 of being lexapro-free.
Lexapro (Escitalopram) is a Non-controlled medication. I would say, Better you get the suggestion from your Doctor. Because none other than Doctor would know well about the medications. If the Doctor says okay, buy your Lexapro at http://www.MEDonWeb.net without insurance and even without any prior written prescription.
it depends on whether or not your switching to lexapro from celexa for example...but mostly if you start taking lexapro and after a week dont notice anything your probably fine. Upset or painful achy stomach was acually the catalyst to me stopping the drug
