I've been on Adderall for roughly 4 years now, and I would defninitely say that it has kept me healthy. This has less to do with the medicine boosting it directly, as it does its' big effect on your mood, and the ability of a good mood to keep you healthy. It has been proven over and over again that people with consistently happy mindsets are healthier (which is the inverse of the commonly held belief that health makes you happy). Example, in the past 4 years, I have been three times, and those were sinus infections because of my numerous broken noses. The brain is awesome.
