If you're working on the therapy end regularly, and still having depression, ask your psychiatrist about adding a second drug (like Abilify) or trying some non-medication treatments like sunlight bulbs for seasonal depression.
Another thing that works with many people is to get out of the house and do something for someone else - volunteer at your local shelter or hospital, or join Habitat for Humanity or another charitable organization.
