Hydrocodone can be combined with aspirin. But hydrocodone is a drug itself, that does not contain any aspirin. Check the packaging, does it contain just hydrocodone in the ingredients? or does it have other ingredients. Paracetamol, aspirin, ibuprofen are all drugs that can be added to help prevent the abuse of the drug.

No. Percocet has tylenol in it. When you read your script it will say something like 5/500. The 5 equals the amount of oxycodone in it and the 500 equals the amount of tylenol in it. They do make something called a percoden (sp?) which is oxycodone with aspirin in it. I also beleive that they make a pill with oxycodone and ibuprofen and all that i know about it is that it is called Combunox.

Once again, i am not a pharmacist, nor do i have any pharmacological training, so, be careful out there!

Yes it does, the first number on the pill is the amount of hydrocodone and the second number is the amount of acetaminophen, for example 10-500 or 7.5-500 and so on...hope this helps!

No, it has acetaminophen. Do not take this along with other acetaminophen medications as it can cause liver damage.
