Yes it does. Terrible headaches. For a couple of reasons. A large amount must be smoked to get little if any effect. That alone can cause headaches. Also depending on what fertilizers where used in growing, and if proper flushing of the toxins was performed before harvesting.

I don't think that you need to know how much weed costs. It is very bad for you. It is also illeagle in the United States. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Unless you are referring to a sick bird, you don't know how to spell "illegal." You are also ill informed about weed. It is not very bad for you. Quality is only one of the factors that affect its price. Local supply and demand have more of an influence on its price than quality does. That said, an ounce of high quality weed can cost up to about $500. Average quality weed might cost less than half that price. Fortunately, you do not often see very low quality weed these days. I would guess that it might cost less than half the price of average weed -- say, $100 or so.
around $2000

19 grams is usually alot of weed depending on what quality it is. if it's 19 grams of swag (low quality) it could be worth up to $50-$100. if it's nug (High Quality) 19 grams could be worth $100-$250+
Because you drink to many of them. You are drinking low quality beer. Headaches are caused by fusel alcohols that should not be present in a quality beer. I would suggest that you not drink light beer. Switch to a high quality craft-brewed beer.
Yes, changes in barometric pressure can trigger headaches in some individuals. High pressure systems can cause an increase in pressure within the head, leading to headaches or migraines, while low pressure systems can result in a decrease in oxygen levels, potentially causing headaches in sensitive individuals.
