I think this indicates, that the definitive answer to your question is "yes".My driving is definitely affected in a very positive way.Because I sometimes forget my destination,the route to my destination or a catastrophic combination of both,(imagine not knowing how to get to where you don't know where you are going),I spend a great deal of time driving.I think that because of all the practice I get,I must be really good at it.

Many studies show that marijuana in normal doses doesn't impair the ability to drive. However, in higher doses one could definitely run the risk of 'passing out', so just as with alcohol there should be a level similar to the BAC level with alcohol for when it's legalized.

No and if you are stopped that is a DUI. You don't have to be drunk to get arrested for a DUI. It is under the influence of any substance. You will loose your car, have to go to court, and pay fines. May also face drug charges as well.
