Not sure about the medical answer to this,
but i have taken both quite a few times and noticed nothing out of the ordinary (well, other than the effects of E). I also had large quantities of caffeine and some Viagra to boot, if anything i'd say sleeping was immpossible, but if you have taken phentermine for a while then you have probably got over the initial sleeplessnes. I'd be interested to hear the medical risks of the combo.
Of course individually they have risks, but wonder if the combination increases any of the risks. You'd think phentermine with its speed like qualities mixed with E would have an increases risk. However, a lot depends on the mix of E you get, as they are all 'different' to a degree. A lot of E's on the market ATM have added speed to them, I wouldn't recommend that combination with phentermine.
If you are going to go for the E anyway, then layoff phentermine that day, assuming its for dieting? if its just phentermine from the Dr, then its low dosage and therefore is only good for a day anyway (you probably take that and Chromium picolate?).
