No, tizanidine does not contain aspirin. Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant used to treat muscle spasticity, while aspirin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for pain relief and reducing inflammation. They are different medications with distinct uses and mechanisms of action. Always consult a healthcare professional for medication-related questions.
Tizanidine
Tizanidine is muscle relaxant and it has nothing to do with penicillin. Penicillin is an antibiotic. You can be simultaneously allergic to Tizanidine also.

Valium and tizanidine potentiate (enhance) eachother, but to my knowledge there is no other harmful interaction
Yes. Tizanidine (Zanaflex) is a muscle relaxer. Excedrin Migraine (and regular Excedrin) contain(s) acetaminophen (Tylenol), aspirin, and caffeine. If taken together, Tizanidine will increase the amount of time the acetaminophen takes to work (by about 15 minutes). Otherwise, there aren't any interactions that have been found. Tizanidine does interact with several antibiotics, birth control, certain blood pressure medications (including Verapamil, which can be used as a migraine preventative), cimetidine (Tagamet (an OTC acid reducer), and acyclovir. Always read the full label, and make sure your doctor knows everything you take in a given day, including over the counter medications and supplements.
Tizanidine- drug that is used as a muscle relaxant and α2-adrenergic agonist. Nowhere in the intruxions says where it cames from.
