The first step to fabulous flirty eyes it to prep them with concealer. Next, take line your bottom lid with eye liner and then put eye shadow on your upper lid. Now, on the inside part of your eye, use a touch of the same eye liner you use on your bottom lid. Lastly, highlight your brow with eye shadow, curl your lashes, apply mascara, and your ready for a night on the town!

Conjunctivitis is the inflammation of a conjunction. You should put ice on the eye. It will reduce swelling. If eyes are dry use eye drops. If eyes are hurting use sunglasses.
you can use naproxen instead of ibuprofen
If your face is swelling you maybe have an abcess. That may mean that you have to get antibiotics to get rid of the infection and also the swelling. And also with swelling of the face do not, I repeat DO NOT use a heating pad on it because the heat promotes the growth and spread of the infection. Use an ice pack if you can stand it or a cool wet wash cloth. == ==
use zit cream( even if its not a zit) or toothpaste(its weird but it works) or vasoline or antibiotic cream!
Do not give Ibuprofen to a dog; it is not safe to use in dogs.
Use a darker variation of the colors that you normally like and use mostly, such as a dark brown, charcoal or plum on the bottom lid, a slightly lighter shade in the center of the eyelid and a light highlighter at the brow area of the lid. Use dark eyeliner and blend with a blending brush and two coats of black mascara. Blending is key.
yes you can, and its good for the eye if it is swollen or infected. Reduces swelling and cleans all at one time.
A "smokey eye" is the name for a specific eye make-up look. It usually involves the use of both eye shadow and eye liner, which are layered and blended around the lid of the eye to give a dark, shaped and smudged appearance. Many different colours can be used, often from the same palette.
The best technique for smokey eye makeup is to use a puffy brush to add a base shade, pick a lid color, choose a crease shade, and use a darker color around the lash line.
