Had anyone take Vyvanse along with Wellbutrin?

It depends. Venlafaxine acts mainly to inhibit the reuptake of serotonin in the central nervous system, however, at higher doses it also has the same effect on norepinephrine and dopamine. Vyvanse affects mainly dopamine levels but has a smaller effect on serotonin and norepinephrine as well; this is due to amphetamine-induced release of these chemicals into the synapse.

In short, while it is generally deemed safe to take Vyvanse with Venlafaxine, know that the drugs have a synergistic effect and this can cause problems. I would advise gradually adding one of the drugs while keeping a steady dosage of the other, or avoiding taking both at the same time.

Yes, and with celexa as well. Works pretty well, I am being treated for Depression/ADHD and am prescribed WellbutrinXL/Vyvanse/Celexa/Klonopin 300mg/40mg/40mg/1mg(night). Don't have any more problems with falling into deep depression or any trouble concentrating or staying awake and alert. Was jittery first couple of days after starting Vyvanse, with increase in heart rate, but that seemed to have calmed down after a couple of days.
