Well I get urine tested for work a lot, and I am a heavy smoker. My last test I stopped smoking early on a Saturday morning (1 am) and I came out clean on Monday morning at about 9 am, I drank a gallon of water Sat., 1 1/2 on Sunday , and drank it til i felt sick on Mon morning, about 1 & 1/2 gal. from 6-9 am and passed a lab test, which is harder to fool. So don't eat much 2 days out and drink as much water as possible.
