You don't inject pills. There are insoluble binders in pills--like talc--that will clog veins and cause sickness and possibly death. The chemicals in Adderall are absorbed from the gut at nearly 100% efficiency, so there really is no need to risk hurting yourself by injecting something that was intended to be swallowed.

You can't inject xr! You can only inject the ir which is the solid pills. You crush the pill up into the spoon, then you fill the needle up with water and squirt onto the powder until its in liquid form. Next, you stir it with the end of the needle and get a little bit of cotton and have it absorb the liquid. You then load up the syringe, tie up, find a vein, pull back until you see blood and then inject.

Some people may say that you have to heat up the water before squirting it into the powder. This is NOT true for adderall because heating the water will melt the fillers and you would inject unneccessary substances into ur veins.

Personally, i prefer to place it in my rectum. That is a possibility. You could also swallow it. Snorting it wont have it active through the brain tissue, initially wasting a majority of it. Shooting it is a possibility, but there are many unhealthy binders in prescription drugs, and unless it's a very high dose of aderall, say 80-100mg, you should not shoot it up.

This is a bad idea. The binders and fillers in the pill will really mess up your veins. You might as well be shooting pure plaque into you body. If you had enough pills you could do an acid/base extraction and separate the amphetamine from most of the binders/fillers and make it safer to shoot. Lookup agent lemon acid base extraction on Google. You can either find the original post and erowid also has a copy of it in its dxm vault. This is a good diy 'instruction manual" and also doesn't require any materials that are hard to get ahold of. You can try this at your own risk, but I strongly discourage it.
