It's not all that dangerous to snort lortab, but it is stupid. Because their is more ADAP in the pill then Hydrocodine, you will not get much of a high, and will get quite the nostril burn. its actually worthless you would have more effet eating it its not water soulible.

edit:this is incorrect. APAP is not water soulible. The opiate is. Snorting a tab will provide a quicker and stronger effect than eating it if done correctly. U can get the same effect from chewing them up but it hits a little slower. Apap is very harmful for your liver and if u snort it can clog up your nose causing less of the opiate to get into your system. The best way to ingest is using a Cold water filtration method. It extracts the good stuff into the water leaving the vast majority of theb APAP out. mix with coolaid(make sure to properly label) and enjoy.

Now the dangers. Overdosing is the primary concern. When u crush up the tab u are removing the time release meaning that all the chemical enters your system much faster than intended. This can make a OD easy and (from personal experience) ODing on tabs SUCKS HARD. Be very careful.
