You can't. You would have to not smoke for three months, then cut your hair to a length pf 1/2 inch. Also shave armpits and any long body hair. Pubic hair is not usually tested.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this. The THC doesn't coat the hair; it is INSIDE the hair, in the same way that food you eat is digested and the nutrients it is made up of become part of your muscles, fatty tissue, blood, etc.

If you have to take a hair test for a job, then, I'm sorry to say, there is no solution besides finding another job which will not drug test you.

First, stop smoking pot. Secondly, there is no way to get rid of THC from your hair, all you can do is cut it off or even shave your head, depending on how long it's been since you've smoked pot.

Since hair grows at a rate of about 1/2 inch per month, you can use that as a general calculation to determine how much hair you would need to cut.
