After stopping Zoloft, diarrhea can be managed by staying hydrated and consuming a bland diet, such as the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast). Over-the-counter medications like loperamide can help control symptoms, but it's important to consult a healthcare professional before using them. Additionally, gradually tapering off Zoloft rather than stopping abruptly may help minimize gastrointestinal side effects. Monitoring your symptoms and seeking medical advice if they persist is crucial.
