How do you flush opiates from your system?

Theres not really any method to flush your system other thandrinking tons of water, should be about 3-4 days to clean up? Are you facing a drug test? I've been through a few of those and can give some advice if needed

If you have a week or so before the test, you can probably clear your system using the various methods offerred online. However, there is also the option for a hair test, which will reflect your last thirty days. Probably no way to fully game the system except to get honest.

DETAILS FOR MY QUESTION.....

Okay so as you know, this is a question about Drug Testing...I have a test on WEDNESDAY at 9:30 and I am nervous as hell.

To start off I will say this, YES I know that I shouldnt do DRUGS and the best way to pass is to not do them, but I am an addict.. And if you know anything about that you know that its just not that easy. Although, those who have never dealt with addiction like to think that it is.

For the record though, I am a 5'9 fairly tall female and I weigh about 154lbs and I am moderatly active & in decent shape... Also, I am 24 years old if that helps anything, which I doubt, but just for the record.

The reason I am on here today is because I am about to start Probation, Just got a call today actually and apparently I have to provide a urine sample on Wednesday morning.

I have been battling with a heroin addiction for a little while now.. about 2 years.. And YES, at this point I am actively trying to quit, for one cause I know I have too for myself and my body and family.. and also because I knew I was starting probation soon, just didnt realize it would be RIGHT now.

Anyways though. My test is in approx 36 hours.. And I havent used in about 24 hours right now.. Which will give me about 60 hours since last usage before the test... Which is about 12 hours shy of the 72 hour mark for opiates to be out of my system on thier own..

Granted, when I did use last, it was only 1 bag of heroin.. Which is (0.07 of a gram) which is very little in comparison to what other heroin addicts do in a day. I actually have an advantage though, I am prescribed Suboxone. So that helps with withdraw, but not so much the mental cravings. Therefore, still a little difficult to up and quit..

Since 12AM Saturday (Basically Friday Night) I have done less that .2 of a gram.. So its not like I have a whole whole lot in my system but IF I fail this test, I go to Jail.

Do you think that with Water, Cranberry Juice, Vitamin B3 (Niacin)/ Vitamin B-Complex (To help turn urine yellow after lots of water), Green Tea, and 60 hours worth of TIME clean plus SMALL usuage in that 12 hour period.. I will be clean by the time I take the test?

I do NOT want to drink so much water that I get DILUTE as that is a FAIL as well as if I tested positive.. I just want to maybe drink enough to lower the ng per ml that its testing for.

Anyone have any other ideas or advice for me?!

As I said above, YES I know the ONLY for sure way is not to do it, So Im not looking for smart asses on this question, I want people who can relate or have been in my shoes.. Otherwise if your just going to say to QUIT, skip this one. I already know that. Im not stupid, but I do struggle with the ability to put it down when its something my body now depends on.

* I will be buying the $30 AT HOME test from Rite Aid tomorrow and will probably take it around 2-3am.. 6 hours before test.. to see what it says.

You may have seen some ridiculous claim, like "drinking x gallons of water will clear out your system".

But in practice, all that this will do as get you flagged as trying to obscure the results of your test when it comes back that your urine is abnormally dilute. And it won't do squat for a hair test.
