Everybody sleeps differently, I would think of taking sleeping pills,but then with out them you would have a rough time sleeping. Your body gets use to going to bed at the time you usually go to bed at. I know i would be extremely tired if i went to bed at 11 on a school night and i usaualy go to bed at 9. And i would not beable to sleep if i went to bed at 7 or 7:30.

So if you try getting your body use to a farley early time then the first couple of nights will be hard but its all worth it after.
