You have to metabolize it, it will take a few hours but it will go away. You may feel depressed or slow for a day or two after you do heroin.

You can also have Narcan put into your system which gets rid of all Opiums...just like how they treat Oxycodone OD's in the hospital.

You have to speed up your metabolism. Lots of water, eat a decent diet (fruits veggies protein etc) and get some exercise. There is only so much you can do though. If it a one time use you should have no problem getting it out in 3-4 days. If you use daily, especially at higher amounts it can take close to a week. I know someone who uses about a gram daily and it takes 6 days for the line to show up (faintly!)

You can't, if you have taken heroin and are going to be tested, they will find it. The best way of passing the test is simply not to use heroin.
