If a man has his testicles removed, testosteerone production will stop. Their are anti-androgens designed to surpress testosterone, but since this hormone is naturally found in men and women it will only completely stop after the remove or destruction of the gonades. Be advised that removing this hormone will also have consiquences on your health such as a lose of bone mass, blood complications, heart issues or Diabetes. An artificial hormone (rather lab created testosterone or estragen) will be required for the rest of your life do to the lose of natural hormonal production.
High testosterone levels in women cause many of the same effects it causes in men. One problem with testosterone levels in women is what is normal in one woman is not in another. Testosterone can be used by women with a low libido, to help get the urge for sex back. But if too much testosterone is taken, a woman will develop facial hair, a deeper voice, more muscle mass and redistribution of fatty pads. Too much testosterone along with high cholesterol will increase the chance of having a heart attack.

Testosterone is vital to a man’s health. Men have estrogen too, it’s just in much smaller quantities than women, so it plays less of a role. Estrogen levels rise in men around middle age as more testosterone is converted to estrogen, so that they experience more of the estrogen-like effects such as being more emotional (‘softer’ emotionally and physically).
May be too much testosterone.
Testosterone is a hormone found in both males and females, but in smaller amounts in females. In females, testosterone plays a role in maintaining bone density, muscle mass, and sex drive. It also contributes to overall well-being and energy levels. However, too much testosterone in females can lead to negative effects such as acne, hair loss, and changes in menstrual cycles. It is important for females to have a balance of testosterone for optimal health.
Testosterone is a steroid hormone from the androgen group and is found in mammals, reptiles,[1] birds,[2] and other vertebrates. In mammals, testosterone is primarily secreted in the testes of males and the ovaries of females, although small amounts are also secreted by the adrenal glands. It is the principle male sex hormone and an anabolic steroid.
