yes, as it makes you not concentrate on hunger and it increases your metabolism. you also tend to want to move around a lot more so youre burning even more calories with that. though if youre trying to lose weight i would not recommend this method haha :P

Cause you don't eat! It suppresses your appetite, while making you somewhat hyperactive. Your heart beats and you sweat like your excercising. You can drop weight fast, but once you get clean.. that weight is coming back on and fast..!

Yes it does if you are addicted to it. If you do it once or twice every two weeks then it will not have much of an effect. But if your addicted then yes it is shown to suppress appetite and eat away at your muscle and eventually eat away at your fat.
