Depending on what drug testing you are to undergo:

Abstain for at least 30 days prior.

If they are using a hair sample, shave your head about 20 days in, have to have some clean hair to give them and you hair will have detectible traces until it grows out.

Cream of tartar will NOT clean your system. It is potassium hydrogen tartrate and is a by product of winemaking. It can be used as a cleaning agent when used with white vinegar and it will remove stains from porcelain. Using it as a purgative is dangerous because an excess of potassium or hyperkalemia may occur.
