LSD in its pure form is a clear liquid that is odorless and almost virtually tasteless. It is usually put onto a piece of paper called a "blotter", but sometimes comes in a tab form. It can also be sold in its liquid form and put onto things like candy, or sugar cubes, or mixed with drinks.

It can either be a tab or blotter (small piece of paper), a micro dot (small pill), window pane (thin Gelatin sheet), sugar cube, or liquid. As a pure liquid it can be dropped on the eye. It can be absorbed through the skin but that is incredibly inefficient and not used recreationally. Due to its fragile chemical structure it is not smoked.
