If you use ready clean or something like it, drink the whole bottle fairly fast (rec. on empty stomach.) then fill the bottle back up with water, drink it! Do that one more time. By then you should need to drain your self super bad! Never drain your self on the first drain after these instruction, your drain will be super dirty!
