I'm on federal probation and take Roxy's (oxycodone) regularly. A good rule of thumb is at least 72 hours (3 days). However, drinking large amounts of water can help because what you're going to do is dilute your urine. Many testers, (including the federal government, as in my case) will test creatine levels, so too much water can lead them to test you again. This probably wont happen for a day or two so this will buy you a little time. Since oxycodone only has to pass through your blood it doesn't take nearly as long as other things, such as THC. THERE IS NO GUARANTEED WAY TO PASS A DRUG TEST OTHER THAN ABSTAINING FROM DRUG USE!! However, addiction is a powerful thing, so drink up on the water, and never give your first urine of the morning. Usually the fourth or fifth is the best specimen to give.
