It really depends on the brand. "Spice", or K2, or any one of the dozens of brands I've seen, are really just assorted herbs sprayed with a synthetic THC. That said, each brand usually has different concentrations of synthetic THC so it depends on the brand you smoked and also on how much you smoked.
Large hits of "spice" can cause hallucinations and the effects can linger for several hours, potentially overnight (although I guess that's relative to the time you smoked it).
The end result is that spice is a relatively new substance, the synthetic THC was only discovered in 1995 and didn't really become popular until 2008.
My advice is to consider all the potential negative effects before you smoke it.
psychosis, scizophrenia

car crashes
Hallucinogens generally cause you to hallucinate, and have a body high.
They make them warry and they dont know whats there and not
Nothing good will come from this. sight, reaction time, and the ability to process information are all vital to safe driving. hallucinogens produce side-effects that directly change those three things.
Seratonin systems
drugs of abuse Hallucinogens.
hoe long does epinephrine last in the system after injection?
Synthetic substances like synthetic cannabinoids (commonly known as K2 or Spice) and synthetic cathinones (commonly known as bath salts) are designed to imitate the effects of hallucinogens and other dangerous drugs. They are often marketed as legal alternatives to illegal drugs but can be more unpredictable and have severe health risks.
