hello there,glad i can help.I used to take lexapro for over 6 years.I found when i gave it up slowly,by reducing my amount a bit at time,it was out of my system within about 5 days.I hope this could help.But also the symtons for these 5 days was,dizzyness and a bit disoriantated.but i actually feel alot better.Good luck.

It took nearly 3 weeks for it to get out of my system, it gave me horrible vertigo, but I stopped hard I didn't taper off I hated the way it made me feel so I just stopped taking it.
