I want to donate plasma and was wondering whether it would affect my methadone. I am on a methadone maintenance program.

it all depends on the dosage of methadone and how often you take the dose. If you are in a treatment program you should not be using heroin. Talk to your counselor or somebody else you trust about your cravings. if you are not in a methadone maintenance program I suggest you get into one.

Giving methadone to somebody else can easily kill them. Your dose is designed for you, what is OK for you could kill somebody else. And if that should happen, you would be charged.
