I can only assume you mean Lortab.Lortab is a combination of Hydrocodone and Paracetamol (acetaminophen).Hydrocodone has a serum half life of 3.8 hours, but Keltner & Mosby's Nursing Drug Reference says it can be detected up to 7 days after taking it, in both urine and blood tests.However, you have to take into account how long you have been taking it, your height/weight and a few other things.
