My doctor has informed me that it takes at least a full 30 days to notice a mild effect. He had stated that it could take as long as 3-6 months for your brain to acclimate to its full benefits..

If you want my honest opinion,trash this drug. I have given it two tries and both left me depressed and lethargic.In the long run it has negative lethal effects.

As with many other psychiatric medications it can take 2 to 6 weeks for effects to kick in. For epilepsy and migraine I don't know.
