Depending upon your neurochemistry and how long you've taken the drug, anywhere from 24 hours to wear off enough to "feel" other opioids and up to three days to have it completely gone from your receptors.

You are very lucky! I have been pouring over these sites to see how long saloxone blocks opiate receptors and most of the answers are misleading. I now know the answer with certainty through trial and error. First, the naloxone does block receptors if shot up but with the dose is suboxone it is simply too small to affect receptors but rather prevents the medicine from being chewed or shot up. The agent working in this case is buprenorphine a semi-synthetic opiate which only affects two out of three of your opiate receptors in your brain... Essentially it blocks withdrawals but does not affect the euphoric receptor. I found after one 8mg suboxone one time after 24 hours and taking two loracets I felt nothing. Now at 36 hours and three loracets I feel half the euphoria I should. I anticipate after 48 I will be ninety percent and after 72 I will be 100%
