How long does skelaxin stay in your system?

My bottle says take one 800mg tablet every 8 hours as needed. So my thinking is its highest concentration is between 4-6 hours and starts to decrease rapidly after that, which is why you can take another one after 8 hours. Now if you mean from a toxicology standpoint I am quite certain after 48 hours this drugs has been completely processed and would not show up in a blood test.
