It depends on the opiate and how much is being used. Acute withdrawal can vary from a few days in the case of low doses of some drugs to as long as five weeks for heavy methadone users. Post-acute withdrawal -- the period when the brain is recovering -- can continue for as long as 18 months.
Obviousl it depends on the amount u were taking dail and for how long. But if unwed to take it once it takes 3-4 days for it to be out of your system... Addicts on the other hand, it can take up to 14 days....
After decreasing intake amount by 1/4th daily u will be able to help yourself ween off. But I've been on oxy for over a year and it has taken about 2 months until I felt "normal" again. Major withdrawl symptoms (hot & cold, sweating, chills, flu-like symptoms, negetive attitude, no energy, etc) will be gone in about 7-10 days.... If less than that u are lucky ;-)

Depends on how long your hair is?
It can take 4 to 5 days for cocaine and opiates to get out of your urine, but this may differ from one person to another.
2 days
on a low dosage the opiates will not be blocked by methadone. 30 mg will not block it
