3 to 5 days depending on your metabolism, how much water you drink, sweating alot...etc. To be safe I would wait at least 7 days. You should be completely cleared by then unless of course you were taking mega-doses ( more than 100 mgs ) per day. In which case I would give that at least 10 days.
