I have been on Suboxone for 11 months. I had to have surgery 4 months ago and was taking 6mgs. Suboxone per day. Before I decided to take Lortab post-op I discussed this with my pharmacist. I was told that one can safely take Lortab 3-4 hours after last Suboxone dose. I decided to go ahead and tolerated the Lortab very well. Conversely, the same time is needed to resume taking Suboxone.

Ok, I do these things too...I take 20 mg. of Suboxone daily....I have found, that you can still use opiates (pain killers) and even herion even just 10 hours later.....and still get some mild effects..if you wait longer of course, the higher you'll feel and you would want to take alot more Vicodin than usual to get the same hydrocodone effects you would've been used toif you want the MAX euphoric feeling....wait long enough to srt feeling sick from lack of suboxone and then take them...then youll get the response your looking for
